Acceptance of terms

By creating an account or using Typing Platform, you agree to these terms. If you don’t agree, please don’t use the product.

What Typing Platform is

Typing Platform is a typing-skill training and competitive-practice product: a typing test, a personalized training engine, an AI coaching feature, and social/competitive features (Friends, Arena 1v1 races, games, weekly leaderboards, and friend challenges). There is currently no payment, subscription, or monetary-stakes feature of any kind — every competitive feature is for fun and self-improvement, not money.

Your account

  • You must provide an accurate email address and keep your password secure.
  • You’re responsible for activity that happens under your account.
  • One account per person. Don’t create an account to impersonate someone else.
  • You can delete your account at any time from Settings — see our Privacy Policy for what that removes.

Acceptable use

While using Typing Platform, you agree not to:

  • Harass, threaten, or abuse other users — use the block and report features if someone does this to you.
  • Attempt to cheat, automate, or exploit a bug in a typing test, game, Arena race, or challenge to obtain a result you didn’t genuinely achieve.
  • Attempt to circumvent a block, access another user’s private data, or bypass visibility/privacy controls.
  • Scrape, systematically harvest, or bulk-extract data from the product.
  • Use the product to distribute unlawful, hateful, or harassing content, including through a display name.

Content

You retain ownership of the minimal content you provide (your display name). By using the product, you grant us the right to display it to other users according to your own visibility settings.

Termination

We may suspend or terminate an account that violates these terms, including for cheating, harassment, or abuse reported and confirmed through our moderation process. You may stop using the product and delete your account at any time.

Disclaimer of warranties

Typing Platform is provided “as is,” without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We don’t guarantee the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or available at all times.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Typing Platform is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the product.

Governing law

Not yet specified. A specific governing jurisdiction has not been determined for this deployment — this should be set (and this section reviewed) by qualified legal counsel before public launch.

Changes to these terms

If these terms change materially, we’ll update the date at the top of this page. Continued use of the product after a change means you accept the updated terms.
